1, interview:How
do you know where the hotsprings are?Where can you get pipelines?
Ans:
Hotsprings need to be found and developed. There are two
kinds: one is natural, the other we need to channel the
water through the groundheat region.
2, interviews:Please
tell us where we can find the natural kind?
Ans:You need to look for them.
Usually they're in the inner part of mountains.
3, interviews :What
kind of hotspring are you channeling right now?
Ans:Usually just normal spring water, and
then add some hotspring which ran through groundheat.
4, interview:What
"water" are you channeling?
Ans:Mostly mountain springs.
5, interview:Are
the ones here mostly a combination of both?
Ans:There are both kinds.
6, interview:This
is a protected area. Do you get permits working here? Where
do you apply for such a permit?
Ans:Yes!We need to apply to the
Yangmingshan National Park office.
7, interview:Have
you ever witnessed a mountain collapse?
Ans:Not
personally, but I can guess it because I come here often
and every time after a typhoon, everything looks very different.
Roads become little rivers.
8, interview:Are
the springs here white sulfur or green?
Ans:Both. The color really depends
on the contents of the spring. For example, sometimes the
water appears milky, other times they appear reddish, due
to the iron contained in them.
9, interview:How
long have you worked here?
Ans:Not too long.
10, interview :Are
there specific routes that you channel the waters with? Did
the Yangmingshan office set up such a route for you?
Ans:Yangmingshan office don't
really plan a route for us. We can pretty much decide ourselves.
You know, water always flow downwards.
10, interview :Does
the Yangmingshan office have any opinion as to the messy pipelines
here?
Ans:They
don't manage that well, and didn't plan too precisely, so
they don't really care. Sometimes even people without licenses
come here and set up pipelines.
