Mr. Hong Tien Ding was born on June 15, 1955, and has worked in the Doon Huang business group since graduating from Da Tong Technical College. He is now the CEO of the Beauty-Spring Corporation.

　　He established numerous education -related foundations and is responsible for creating the community college courses on hotspring s and related management of such tourist areas.He has been teaching such courses and sharing his invaluable experiences with over 15 schools of different levels since 1992.

　　In addition to his business success, Mr. Hong has been kind enough to help his community develop different cultural organizations and activities.
